About the position

Where are you applying for?

You are applying for the role of Electrical Engineer at Spinnov. Here you will be part of our Electrical Engineering team and together with the other teams develop all kinds of products and IOT services. In your role you will be working on a broad range of solutions, in different development phases for all kinds of clients in different markets.

At Spinnov we create technological innovations from concept to production which fit businesses in various sectors. We map, sketch, design, prototype, test, integrate and manage the product lifecycle. Our industry expertise lies in: Agritech, Sports, MedTech, Automotive, Consumer goods, and Telecom.

As Electrical Engineer you will be deep diving into electrical solutions for specific problems, you will be designing and prototyping PCB’s and you will create and keep architectural overviews for integrated solutions fully designed by the whole Spinnov team.

Because Spinnov is part of Bestronics Group you will see your work come to live via different development phases until your PCB’s will be produced on the High-end PCB assembly lines of Bestronics, assembled in their casing and used as a product in the market.

What are you going to do?

As Spinnov our main job is to transfer the dreams of clients into system requirements and those into working solutions on time. As electrical engineer your role in this is to translate the system requirements into working electrical solutions. Part of this will be creating architecture, making electric schematics, selecting components, designing PCB’s, prototyping these and testing them.

You will be a key player in the development process from start to finish. Together with the Team Lead and project managers you will talk with our clients, you will build up relations with our preferred suppliers to select and source the right components and you will be the link between the R&D we do and the production side of things at Bestronics. So you will be in contact with the purchase and production departments of Bestronics.

Prototyping and testing is a big part of getting things to work. With our PCB prototype smd line and our other facilities….

Our office is based in the heart of the Brainport region in Veldhoven. This is where you will be doing most of your work like most of our International team.

• Bachelor's or Master’s degree in Electronics or Electrical Engineering

• Professional experience with schematics and PCB design (preferably 2 years)

• Passion for any of these fields: Digital Design, RF technology, Power electronics, Simulation and modeling, PCBA Design, etc.

• Experience with creating hardware architecture from scratch

• Experience with testing and validating electrical circuits

• Experience with Python and/or Embedded software (C, C++) is a plus

• Analytical & Structured way of working

• Proficient in English both oral and written

A gross salary between €3000 and €4000 based on fulltime employment and depending on your experience and level.
