Our complete product design process

During this first phase of the project, the team is appointed and the design assignment is further elaborated. Our team starts with a study, in addition, all requirements and wishes are mapped out. We record all of this in various documents, which support us and the customer and provide insight during the coming project phases.

We start realizing your idea in a product. The proof of concept is a relatively simple solution with which we investigate how we can convert the idea in combination with all requirements and wishes into an actual product.

We convert the proof of concept into a real, working product. We do this by refining and optimizing the design. If the design consists of different disciplines, such as electronics, embedded software and a housing, these components come together during the prototype phase. To guarantee quality, we perform two iterations of the prototype phase as standard.

We test constantly during the project, because quality is our top priority. In addition to the 'smaller' tests, we have built in two fixed test phases in our design cycle, namely after each prototype phase. We perform these tests using a test plan.

The prototype is working properly and is ready to be produced. We will start by producing a small run, which will then be extensively tested and checked.

The products from the zero series are satisfactory. We ensure that all documentation is in order and start large-scale production.
